I was wondering how old everyone here was when they had the operation (if you have).
I am currently 15 and have been looking into the different types of operations very seriously. I know it wouldn't be best to have the op now since I'm going to college soon, and taking big chunks of time off wouldn't be best, but I'd still like to find out for the future (in perhaps 2/3 years time).
Any info or advice would be really appreciated, and I'd also like to know when others had their operations, and how it affected their lifestyle during the recovery process.
