i have pectus excavatum.
finally got my doctor to refer me to the royal brompton hospital in london.
i had the nuss procedure on the 20/04/05.
im desperate to talk to other sufferers as my operation isnt a success.
its been over 3 months and i still cant sleep the whole night through due to pain.
my movement is very restrictive and its hasnt cured my chest shape, infact i have a dent in my side now.
everywhere i read that the nuss is a successfull operation and people have returned back to work after 6 weeks etc etc..
if you are interested in chatting to me then please do so as im kinda thinking that the operation itself is not successfull and all the websites that advertsie the op make it look glossy and simple where for me its totally not.
this website offers a guestbook to sign which i have tried to sign 4 times and it doesnt appear, also the email addresses of the people who have signed are fake!
